Tool Steel Division

We provide stock, cutting and distribution of high-quality EU-origin tool steel in a wide range of grades and dimensions.

HTS operates as one of Europe’s largest service centers for premium tool steel, offering a wide selection of steel grades from stock. 

Machining Division

End-to-end machining solutions. 

We deliver high-precision CNC machining solutions for tool plates, frames, and custom components. 

With fully integrated in-house processes – from grinding, milling, and deep drilling to measurement protocols – we provide customers with end-to-end production capability.

Heat Treatment Division

In house heat and surface treatment.

We operate batch furnaces for precision vacuum hardening for products that require special technical precision, gas and plasma nitriding and nitrocarburizing units for advanced surface engineering, from wear-resistant plates to hot-work tooling and components with high corrosion resistance. We also perform annealing and tempering to optimize material properties.

For the most demanding applications, we perform sub-zero tempering, cryogenic processing, and black layer oxidation.  

Additive Manufacturing Division

AM makes conformal cooling possible and it is used in several industries where thermal management is crucial to productivity, such as automotive, aeronautics, industrial, etc.

MFT Technology

MFT is a HTS proprietary additive manufacturing technology based on liquid diffusion, used to produce iTherm® hot runner manifold plates.

It enables the machining of flow channels before the bonding, allowing for smooth polished channel surface and complex geometries.

The MFT bonding process is highly robust and thoroughly validated for hot runner applications. The bond strength matches the tensile strength of the base material, which in this case is forged tool steel.
